Whether you’re moving within your facility, across the tri-state area, or even across the country, our CNC installation process starts with ensuring the safety and integrity of your equipment. We begin by creating a backup of your hard drive and conducting a thorough Health Check, which includes a Ballbar test. This crucial examination reveals the state of the machine’s geometry, drives, and overall condition, covering both electrical and mechanical aspects.
Once the health of your CNC machine is confirmed, we collaborate closely with the experienced riggers you’ve selected. Together, we meticulously disassemble the machine, carefully labeling each wire and connection to ensure seamless reassembly at the new location. Our team takes the necessary steps to prepare the equipment for transport, guaranteeing its protection throughout the relocation process.
